TruthPoint and Nurse Consulting Partners (NCP) today announced a new partnership that will help hospitals and health systems meet performance improvement and patient experience goals via the inclusion of TruthPoint’s automated rounding solution.  Seeking to enhance the scope and impact of their consulting services offered in a variety of care settings, NCP consultants will now be able to refer clients to TruthPoint in order to create an integrated offering to improve HCAHPS and other measurable patient experience metrics.

Coupling consulting services and automated rounding, TruthPoint and NCP can work together to support leading hospitals on their Magnet journey or seeking re-designation.  Additionally, it is designed to empower Unit Practice Councils with timely and specific lead measures of performance and actionable insights to more effectively and efficiently achieve UPC improvement objectives.

Extending the ability to connect with patients outside the traditional 4-walls of the hospital is a strategic imperative for integrated systems are they are increasingly providing care for patients in ambulatory settings. As such, NCP and TruthPoint will provide clients an outpatient point-of-care, SMS and email assessment/survey of patients.  This platform allows for health systems to continue the connection with patients helping to improve care and service while also meeting the needs and expectations of today’s healthcare consumer.
